Jared was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of planning our family vacation. He helped us make reservations for 10, at our favorite restaurant, which can be hard with a large party. He emailed almost weekly to check in on us and if there was anything else we needed. We also had a video chat with him right before we went to make sure we knew the ends and outs of Disneyland and understood the lightening lane passes with our magic bands. He also gave us other tips for rope drop and the best routes to take.
